Mediation and Arbitration
Hello from Wendy
For 25 years, I was a trial and appellate attorney — AV Preeminent-rated by Martindale-Hubbell. I then added Forensic Accountant to my repertoire in 2018. I built my career litigating complex and high-stakes matters. One highlight of my career was serving as one of the main architects of Champlain Towers Collapse Litigation settlement, where the Judge in open court personally recognized my efforts in helping to achieve settlement of more than $1B. My areas of concentration while serving as a trial attorney and appellate attorney were bad faith, insurance coverage, catastrophic injuries (property and personal), construction defects, and professional liability (lawyers, accountants, architects, engineers, and insurance agents).
I retired from the courtroom and now I am ready to be a neutral in these areas so that I may utilize my decades of experience to provide solutions for others' chaotic disputes.
